Fleur du Cap, South Africa's top wine producer at the 2008 Veritas awards, has a collection of superb wines shaped by the generosity of nature and the dedication by a devoted team at The Bergkelder situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands. Handpicked in the vineyard and handcrafted in the cellar with minimal human interference, these contemporary wines capture and reflect the natural style and unbridled expression inherent in the grapes, The premier Fleur du Cap Unfiltered range is made of grapes from specific vineyard blocks selected for their superior quality and locality, resulting in wines set apart by their exceptional character and elegance. Through a more traditional, hands–on approach in the cellar, these wines are not filtered resulting in rich, complex wines that simply abound with fruit and flavour expressing their true varietal character.

Fleur du Cap has a wide selection of red and white wines in their Bergkelder and Unfiltered ranges comprising the varietals of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Pinotage as well as an award winning, 5–star Noble Late Harvest.
