Isabella's Restaurant started out 14 years ago as a small gift shop at the harbour in Lambert's Bay. Back then, the gentleman who arranged boat trips approached Isabelle to serve tea, coffee and cool drinks to the passengers. This proved to be hugely popular and Isabelle started serving food as well, which soon grew into a restaurant in the harbour by the name of Isabellas.lsabelle says that it was not easy and equipment had to be bought bit by bit, but up until now it has exceeded her expectations.

Isabellas Restaurant has become a popular attraction in Lambert's Bay due to its location and the decor that makes the restaurant unique. Isabellas is situated right on the waterfront about 18 meters from the sea and boasts with a beautiful view of the harbour and Bird Island. The floor of the restaurant is covered with black mussel shells and fishing nets adorn the walls. Isabellas certainly portrays Lambert's Bay as a fishing village in all respects.
